1. Membership
Membership is open to eligible farmers and supporters who register with accurate personal details. The Union reserves the right to verify submitted information and to suspend accounts that provide false details or misuse the platform.
2. Donations & membership fees
Donations and membership fees support the Union's welfare work and operations. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
3. Store orders
Products listed in the app store are sold subject to availability. Prices, delivery charges, and offers are shown at checkout before payment.
4. User conduct
Members agree not to post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, and to use community features (posts, chat, comments) respectfully. The Union may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual property
Content published by the Union — news, event details, and branding — belongs to Bhartiya Kisan Union and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The Union provides this app/website on an "as-is" basis and works to keep it accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
